Bedrooms

The huge upstairs master bedroom features a queen sized bed fitted with electric blanket, private ensuite (including hairdryer), bath robes, TV, desk, private balcony, fold away cot, backup column heater, lounge, plus tranquil views of the island skies and Eucalypt canopy. It offers a wonderful space for a couples retreat or a perfect quiet workspace.
The two downstairs bedrooms both offer double beds fitted with electric blankets, built-in robes, backup column heaters, a shared bathroom between them (including hairdryer), private doors onto the deck and large windows to soak in the quiet bushland surrounds.
The Bunk Room is located upstairs in an alcove adjacent to the master bedroom, offering a cosy space perfect for extra guests, with two single bunk beds.

Rates

Single / Couple $270 per night
Additional Guest +$50 per night
MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY

Direct Booking Discounts

We offer special pricing for direct bookings, return guests and longer stays. Please call, email or SMS with your preferred dates to access these rates. We will be delighted to assist you personally with planning your Bruny Island experience.

Direct Booking Terms

You will be required to pay a deposit to confirm your booking.
All bookings must be paid for in full one month before your stay.
For cancellation more than one month before your booking, you will be fully refunded.
For cancellation more that 48 hours but less than one month before your booking, you will be charged 50% of the total booking fee (except in the case of single night stays, which are a special exception to our booking terms and will therefore be charged for in full).
For cancellation less that 48 hours before your booking you will be charged in full.

Arrivals

We welcome all of our guests personally and will make contact prior to your arrival to coordinate greeting you. Please check current ferry timetables and note mobile reception on Bruny Island is variable away from population centres.
